Communication

Good lines of communication between the school and parents are extremely important. Enquiries can be made telephonically to the Office at (018)110-0945 / 083 301 7545 or via email at ecs@utb.co.za / admin@utb.co.za. If contact numbers change, it is the parent’s responsibility to contact the Office to update the learner’s info, as various information and reminders may be sent via WhatsApp. It is also important to have proper info on file, in case of emergency.

 

 

Correspondence will be sent periodically from the school and must be signed by the parents to indicate it has been read. If you would like to speak with your child’s teacher, please ensure that you make an appointment via the Office or through written communication with your child’s teacher. Please remember, appointments should be scheduled after school. Class time is reserved for teaching.
